SHIPPING

Orders are manually processed, quality controlled and shipped by us, Monday through Friday, from our office in Barcelona. We do not work with a warehousing facility – your order is shipped by us with a lot of love and care.  

 

We ship worldwide.

 

All orders will be shipped within 2 working days of your purchase. You will receive an email notification to confirm your order has been dispatched.

 International customers, please note: If you order products for delivery outside the EU and Canary Islands, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

 

RETURN POLICY

If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase you can exchange the item within 14 days.

 

 Please email hola.melich@gmail.com to arrange your exchange and to check the availability of stock. Once we receive your email we will start the exchange of the product.

 

Return shipping costs are payable by the customer. All goods must be returned in their original condition and labels, please take care when unpacking and repacking. We will not accept damaged goods. We do not accept any worn or soiled garments.
